Richard Quincoces is Vice President of the South Florida AFL-CIO, a membership driven organization with over 150,000 active and retired workers from various trades and professions from across Miami and the surrounding counties. 

Richard currently works for AFSCME Local 1363 Jackson Hospital, part of the largest public sector union in the country representing 1.6 million people. 

A labor leader with a broad range of experience in government and public policy issues, Richard is a public servant who has, throughout his career, advocated and championed for economic equality for all working.

Richard is a proud member of LIUNA Local 1652 (Laborers).  A former nuclear construction worker.

Richard was born in New York City, where he attended John Jay College of criminal justice.  He has three children.
